Buyer beware indeed. I had a Chrysler dealer charge me for a repair that didn't actually repair the problem. Ponders fixed my car and didn't lie to me about the cause. Moving here was a nightmare until I found our "car care guys". Fair prices, excellent work, superb service. Too bad there is no room for another star

I just had another great experience with Ponder's Auto. I needed muffler, break and AC work on my Dodge Ram 2500 and as always, Brian and his team came through. I was tired of being at the mercy of the various "chain" service facilities that only seemed capable of replacing parts instead of diagnosing and fixing problems. Brian and his knowledgeable staff have more than met my expectations in this area and have no doubt saved me considerable money over the years. I've been a customer of Ponder Auto Repair for more than 20 years. I've always had 3 or sometimes 4 vehicles to be serviced and repaired. Brian Ponder's shop has always provided excellent service and repair. I've never had a vehicle I had to take back to have the service or repair done over. Brian does it right the first time and does it well. Ponder Auto provides a great service to the public. I've never thought of taking one of my vehicles to any other repair shop.

I always leave Ponder with a positive feeling. The staff takes the time to listen to your issue and they try their best to resolve any problems you have. My air conditioner in my van went out and instead of charging me for services that I did not need Brian told me what exactly was wrong and I should take the van to the dealer to fix since the air conditioner, which was still under warrantee. This was 8 years ago and every since Ponder's has been my go to repair shop.
