As always, the crew here did an excellent job servicing our vehicle. Even though there was a little mix up about the appointment time they were able to get the service done on the day we expected. They are always friendly and helpful. I feel this establishment is the best auto service shop in the area. I have dealt with a couple of their competitors where I never felt completely comfortable with the job they did.

I have been dealing with Brian for some time now. He has always done his best to repair my vehicles in a reasonable amount of time and for a cost that seemed reasonable. Sometimes he would run into an unexpected problem which would drive up the cost. However, Brian always tried to make the repair for a reasonable cost and in a reasonable amount of time. If you are looking for a mechanic who will treat you right and does good dependable work, then you should give Ponder Auto Repair a try.

This is an excellent repair shop. They always do what they're supposed to do and check with you first to make sure you approve of the repair.

Ponder is the best repair shop I have found. They do more than just fix a problem, they inspect the entire vehicle - this gives me peace of mind knowing that my car is safe and road-worthy.

Excellent service as always

As usual, The techs at Ponder's did an exccellent job repairing my car. They were quick and efficient.

Always a pleasant visit to Ponder's. I dropped off my 2001 Ram 2500 which had recently experienced problems with the blower for the AC/Heat. Ponder diagnosed the problem and replaced the blower motor and a fuse. They also checked the charge on the AC and correct that problem as well. All this was completed between 8 and 11am. Super service.

I had my battery replaced in my mini cooper, very happy with the outcome and very thankful that they were able to do it, it being a mini cooper.
