As always, the crew here did an excellent job servicing our vehicle. Even though there was a little mix up about the appointment time they were able to get the service done on the day we expected. They are always friendly and helpful. I feel this establishment is the best auto service shop in the area. I have dealt with a couple of their competitors where I never felt completely comfortable with the job they did.

I have been dealing with Brian for some time now. He has always done his best to repair my vehicles in a reasonable amount of time and for a cost that seemed reasonable. Sometimes he would run into an unexpected problem which would drive up the cost. However, Brian always tried to make the repair for a reasonable cost and in a reasonable amount of time. If you are looking for a mechanic who will treat you right and does good dependable work, then you should give Ponder Auto Repair a try.

This is an excellent repair shop. They always do what they're supposed to do and check with you first to make sure you approve of the repair.
