"Customer Service Winners" I took my Chrysler 300 to Ponder's Auto Repair on the recommendation of a family member. I have never been so satisfied with a repair shop. Easy to make an appointment. Offered me a shuttle service if I needed. Extremely nice staff. Called to tell me what I needed repaired immediately. Also told me future repairs that needed to be made, but no pressure to fix those until I was ready. Car was done in a couple hours. The cost was reasonable, if not on the lower end. I can honestly say, I will recommend them to everyone I know that is in need of an auto repair.
