I left the area for over 25 years and now that I am back in Johnson City I brought my current car in for troubleshoot and repair. I was glad to see that the service is still good and prices are reasonable. The diagnosis of the car was quick and what I was quoted for the cost was exactly what I was told. They even included a discount coupon I did not know about as part of the service. I plan to continue bringing my car in for service in the future.

We decided to try Ponder, we are absolutely thrilled with the decision. We found some place where they will let you know if your vehicle needs something besides the problem you brought it in for.
