I have gotten every single one of my family's vehicles repaired at this shop on a regular basis for the past ten years or so. They are incredibly trustworthy, their prices are fair and their mechanics are all very helpful people. They have done me many favors, a lot of times at the last minute. I rely on them quite a bit. Wouldn't trust anyone in the tri-cities more than these guys. Great team.

"Efficient and friendly." Everything is above board and they do not try to tell you something needs fixing that doesn't!

"Ponder saved my truck and several thousands of $$$!!!" After making a HUGE mistake of filling my Diesel Truck with Gasoline, I contacted Ponder and they said that they could take care of it. The mechanic came out and explained the steps need to remove gasoline and flush the system etc.. They quoted me the price and the next morning called and said that my truck was ready to go!!! These guys are awesome! Thanks!
