"A+++++" Nothing but wonderful things to say about Ponder Auto Repair! I called one day before I took what car in for a brake service having never been there before the owner whom of which I spoke to gave me all the information over what phone I needed, and also was able to give me a round about quote for the services and also get get parts I needed overnight shipped to the store. They completed a check point rundown of the car to examine what needed to be done and gave me a call to let me know the cost of the services I needed and let me make the decision on what I did and did not want done to the car. My car was repaired in a very speedy amount of time and completed with cleanliness and professionalism from all the employees at Ponder Auto Repair. All in all from beginning to end he Repair for front brake pads and rotors replaced it took about 3 hours. The cost was very well shown on a detailed receipt on what each item was priced at and the cost of labor , in which was very low cost. I would rate this business as a 12 out of 1-10 :) I will continue business with them as I am very pleased and satasified with the job the completed on my Land Rover ! Now I can stay local and not have to drive hours to have the car serviced, thank Ponder!

" I was impressed by the speed at which my vehicle was diagnosed, estimated and subsequently repaired. The final price was precisely what was quoted to me. I love the web portal where I can check my service history. My time is valuable as I travel extensively with work and they do not waste my time and are very tolerant of my schedule. I have a Volvo XC90 which I love and they are qualified to repair it. I will continue to do business with them.
