"Very Fast friendly service. Auto repairs are not inexspensive but I feel I get quality work for my money here. " I was impressed by the speed at which my vehicle was diagnosed, estimated and subsequently repaired. The final price was precisely what was quoted to me. I love the web portal where I can check my service history. My time is valuable as I travel extensively with work and they do not waste my time and are very tolerant of my schedule. I have a Volvo XC90 which I love and they are qualified to repair it. I will continue to do business with them.

I have gotten every single one of my family's vehicles repaired at this shop on a regular basis for the past ten years or so. They are incredibly trustworthy, their prices are fair and their mechanics are all very helpful people. They have done me many favors, a lot of times at the last minute. I rely on them quite a bit. Wouldn't trust anyone in the tri-cities more than these guys. Great team.

"Dependable Service" Ponder Auto Repair always does a great job in preventive care without doing unnecessary work. They keep our older model car in top shape!

Spoke with Isabel. She said she has been going to this business for awhile. They always provide good service. They are informative and quick. She said she and Matthew are very happy with them.

"Efficient and friendly." Everything is above board and they do not try to tell you something needs fixing that doesn't!

"Ponder saved my truck and several thousands of $$$!!!" After making a HUGE mistake of filling my Diesel Truck with Gasoline, I contacted Ponder and they said that they could take care of it. The mechanic came out and explained the steps need to remove gasoline and flush the system etc.. They quoted me the price and the next morning called and said that my truck was ready to go!!! These guys are awesome! Thanks!
