"Driver's Side Front Wheel Hub Bearing Replacement" I was leaving town on a 500 mile trip. On the day of departure, I realized I needed to get the front drive line noise checked out before I left. I told Brian of my need even though I did not have a service appointment. He recognized the importance of my need, conducted a test drive to diagnose the problem and provided a repair estimate. He placed my car in the shop immediately and quickly replace the faulty components. I greatly appreciated his sensitivity to my needs. I completed my round trip without any automotive breakdown. The car drove great. I have confidence in Brian's honesty and the quality work of his shop. You can be too.

"Follow up""Returned for rework" I have always and continue to be impressed with the quality of service... very pleased with commitment of service.Unfortunately I had to take it back in because apparently a break caliper stuck and could not have the car for this weekend.

"Oil leak in '83 Malibu" Ponder diagnosed leaking valve cover gaskets and recommended replacement. Although it took several attempts to obtain good gaskets for this old car, Ponder installed them with no problem. So far: no new leaks. When I brought car home, I discovered it was not running well. Took it back and Ponder adjusted the timing. No charge and it runs fine now. They now offer a shuttle service, making it much more convenient to drop off and pick up the car. Very nice.

Sonny said this business bent over backwards to take care of them. They took a tire there to be fixed. They fixed the tire, and put it on for them at no charge. He will take his next one up there.
