Since moving back to Johnson City about 2 years ago I have been taking my cars to Ponder for servicing. I have had good experiences and find the charges to be reasonable. We recently acquired a 1997 Jaguar and brought it to Ponder first thing. While it has been a challenge to get all the repairs and service done to the car, the people at Ponder's have worked diligently on the car and have corrected many of the issues. I have recommended Ponder's to other family and friends who have also had good experiences. I plan to continue coming to Ponder to service my cars in the future.
