I was very happy with my experience@ Ponder's. What was needed and what was not necessary was clearly explained. Everyone was friendly & helpful. I was looking for someplace to make my "go to mechanic" for my Smart For Two. Travelling to the Knoxville dealership for car care/maintenance got old the very 1st trip! I would recommend Ponder's to anyone needing a mechanic.

Great crew! Bob & Harvey, the mechanics, very nice. Very knowledgeable, and HONEST. Feel confident bringing my Caddy here. Napa a little slow bringing the oil filter, but Bob (between calls) and I filled the time nicely, two old specimens chewing the fat.
