Ponders' motto of "we fix anything but a broken heart" came true for me! I bought a van that had a hidden issue that was really bad. Of course, from a private party, and of course on a weekend. I'm sure hte seller had no idea this issue existed. But it was bad. Really bad. I took the van to a specialist for an evaluation and for it to be addressed, and he said he couldn't do it. He wouldn't put his reputation on the line for it. Brian at Ponders fixed it. Nobody else around here would touch it. Brian would and did! I've never been more impressed by a company than with Ponders. I've used them for quite a while, and I promise, there is no place better for auto repair and maintenance. There may be cheaper places, but can you really trust your life to them? I'd trust my life to Brian Ponder! This van is meant to travel around the US, not just the local area. I know now that I won't get stuck someplace in Timbuktu and be left to perish. Brian gave me a new chance. If you are on the fence, go to Ponders! Worth every penny!
