Ponder automotive did a fantastic job fixing my air conditioning unit in my 2014 Ford Escape. The customer service was professional and reasonable. Though the repair requires some unforeseen costs, Ponder did all they could to keep the cost at an affordable price. I would use them for my future automotive needs.

After moving to the area we went on a mission to find a reliable auto repair shop. It was a challenge because our vehicles had some age to them. After some not so good experiences we were finally referred to Ponders auto center. We now take our three vehicles to them with great results this last time was no exception. We were told by transmission experts that we needed a new one but we were not so sure. We took our car to Ponders . After hours of trouble shooting they found a hidden faulty ground wire. So instead of costing us a few thousand dollars it only cost a few hundred dollars and the problem was fixed. We are extremely thankful mr Ponders
