This is an excellent repair shop. They always do what they're supposed to do and check with you first to make sure you approve of the repair.

Ponder is the best repair shop I have found. They do more than just fix a problem, they inspect the entire vehicle - this gives me peace of mind knowing that my car is safe and road-worthy.

These people are awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience from the initial phone call to the time of picking up my daughters car. THANK YOU again! I highly recommend!

Excellent service as always

As usual, The techs at Ponder's did an exccellent job repairing my car. They were quick and efficient.

Always a pleasant visit to Ponder's. I dropped off my 2001 Ram 2500 which had recently experienced problems with the blower for the AC/Heat. Ponder diagnosed the problem and replaced the blower motor and a fuse. They also checked the charge on the AC and correct that problem as well. All this was completed between 8 and 11am. Super service.

I had my battery replaced in my mini cooper, very happy with the outcome and very thankful that they were able to do it, it being a mini cooper.

Ponder Auto Repair was recommended to me from a friend a few years ago. We hadn't needed a mechanic until recently. We have had all 3 of our vehicles serviced with them over the past month and have nothing but high praises for Brian and his crew. The last vehicle had several things to be worked on and they had to troubleshoot several things before finally finding the culprit. Always had great communication with them and was even given a loaner car to drive until mine was fixed. You can't find nicer people than Brian and his crew. They've earned another loyal customer and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic. Their work is amazing and extremely timely and they don't break the bank like the dealers do.
