Ponder automotive did a fantastic job fixing my air conditioning unit in my 2014 Ford Escape. The customer service was professional and reasonable. Though the repair requires some unforeseen costs, Ponder did all they could to keep the cost at an affordable price. I would use them for my future automotive needs.

After moving to the area we went on a mission to find a reliable auto repair shop. It was a challenge because our vehicles had some age to them. After some not so good experiences we were finally referred to Ponders auto center. We now take our three vehicles to them with great results this last time was no exception. We were told by transmission experts that we needed a new one but we were not so sure. We took our car to Ponders . After hours of trouble shooting they found a hidden faulty ground wire. So instead of costing us a few thousand dollars it only cost a few hundred dollars and the problem was fixed. We are extremely thankful mr Ponders

I am new to the area and a relative recommended Ponder. My car was making was having issues with acceleration and breaking, along with ABS light coming on. They worked diligently to figure out what the problem was, even getting the owner involved. I was relieved to find out that the issues were fixable and my car now runs good as new. I had to travel for work yesterday. When your going 80 down the freeway you want to know that your car is not gonna let you down. I will continue to use Ponder for any future problems that arise. This latest repair was diagnosed and repaired in a reasonable time and the vehicle has operated OK since.

I've been taking my cars to Ponder for years. I always know that the service will be thorough, that any problems with the vehicle will be communicated to me clearly, and that the repairs will be done efficiently at a reasonable price.
