Ponder Auto Repair is always welcoming. The front desk folks, especially Bob, and Brian, the owner, go out of their way to greet, and make me comfortable when I wait. They also provide transportation to and from home or work when I cannot stay. The mechanics do excellent work on my aging vehicle, which continues to perform after 20 years on the road.
