My 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT8 is still running like new, thanks to Brian Ponder. To say that the fix was complicated would be the understatement of the year, but Brian and his crew were determined to get to the bottom of the problem, and the bill was more than reasonable considering all the work that went into getting that car back on the road. The Ponder group is honest, responsive, timely, and gets the job done right at a fair price. A well earned 5 star rating from this very satisfied customer.

We recently relocated to this area from FL and were in search of a new mechanic. Several people had said Ponders has a good reputation, so we gave them a shot. Boy oh boy... let me tell you we were NOT disappointed! Not only were they able to diagnose and fix our issue the SAME DAY, but the final price came in significantly lower than their quote. This place is more than a friendly mechanic, it has a good family vibe to it. I will be back and will recommend to others. Thank You guys.

Work was on-time and professional. They gave me an accurate diagnosis upfront, shopped around to get me the best price on parts, and did exactly what they said the would when they said they would. Can’t ask for anything more.

During these tough times, when money is tight and Covid19 is ever present, I desperately needed and oil change and was putting it of to use limited funds for extra items needed to be safe. I called and was excited they were having an oil change special and got me right in! The procedures they have in place to help control spread of Covid19 had me feeling confident they cared for staff and customers safety and we'll being! Thank you for your great service!!

The staff at Ponders is always pleasant to deal with. They know their business. I save money every time I take my car to them. I've been a customer now for almost 2 years. I've never been to an auto shop where everyone was this nice and personable. They discussed all the options I had about my service needs and it all seemed reasonable and honest. No one acted too busy or annoyed when I needed things explained to me. I will definitely use them when I need to service my car again.
