The staff at Ponders is always pleasant to deal with. They know their business. I save money every time I take my car to them. I've been a customer now for almost 2 years. I will continue to use them for all my auto service needs. Also, the courtesy shuttle is a real plus. If you want good dependable and reasonable auto service, Check them out. I've never been to an auto shop where everyone was this nice and personable. They discussed all the options I had about my service needs and it all seemed reasonable and honest. No one acted too busy or annoyed when I needed things explained to me. I will definitely use them when I need to service my car again.
