These guys go out of their way to repair and get you back on the road the right way. Work is all top notch and the staff is amazing. Only shop that I will use for any of my repairs. Highly recommend!!!!

Had another Ponder 5 star experience again! For me, it’s all about earned trust in the repair shop. Ponder earns that trust with me every time! I split my time between Charleston and JC. I only use Ponder for auto repair because they earned my trust in their work. This time it was a rear brake job. They knew I needed to be back to Charleston the next day, they needed a part brought in to meet my scheduled return and did just that! The best part is during my drive the next day Ponder staff called me to make sure my drive was going well, and if there were any issues with the repair...that is customer service and why I trust and chose Ponder!

Friendly shop with good knowledgable people who take an interest in making sure that your vehicle is serviced properly. Better customer service than what I usually receive at factory dealer repair shops. Highly recommended. I wish I had been a customer years ago instead of just recently!!
