They have a great understanding of automobile computer and electrical problems.. They were able to diagnose and repair problems in both categories. They seem to do it properly the first time.

When I couldn't find anywhere in my hometown that could service my prius after I had been advised by the dealer that the repair would be about as much as the care Ponder took us in and gave us prompt and accurate service with an affordable price and even took the time to clean the areas they had worked in. I had issues with my car not starting that a new battery didn't fix. Ponder Auto Repair worked hard to figure out the problem when nothing showed up wrong in the diagnostic testing.
