As always, I dropped off a car and they fixed it. No surprises, good communication, work done on time. They also advised me about a future problem and what would have to be done in the next few months to fix it, and a realistic estimate of what it would cost. This is the kind of service I expect, and so rarely receive.

It took a couple of tries to fix the problem with my husband’s truck, but they went above and beyond to make it right. The guys at Ponder are good people and we trust them with our vehicles.
